11/28/07 2:17 pm 431 N. Bouldin St. Victim received gunshot wound to right thigh, Unknown suspect driving a burgundy Ford pickup w/tinted windows and tan bottom with "King Ranch" written on the side. Drive-by shooting. Contact person with any pertinent info is Det. Foster of the SED, 410-396-2429.

11/27/07 1:50 pm 607 N. East Ave. Victim wounded with bird shot pellets to the left arm and back. Possible motive: robbery. 2 unknown black male suspects. Det. Foster is contact person, 410-396-2429.

11/25/07 3:13 am 1400 E. Lombard St. Victim suffered gun shot wound to left shoulder-back area. Unknown reason for shooting. Suspect; b/m 19-20 5'9" 165 lbs wearing a black wool hat and a gray hooded sweatshirt with the hood up. Det Kreafle is contact person, 410-396-2429.

On 2 Nov 07 at 1150 hours a homicide was committed in the 1400 block of Bonsal. The victim was a juvenile b/m.  Homicide will be handling the investigation.  Any information received that could be passed along would be greatly appreciated. On 05 Aug 07 at approx 10:45pm on the 3400 blk. of E. Baltimore St. an unk. b/m was shot multiple times on the rear odd side alley of the 3400 blk. of E. Baltimore St. The victim succumbed to his injuries. Descritpions; 1 b/m wearing a red t-shirt and blue/purple hat 2nd suspect wearing a white t-shirt were seen struggling with the victim prior to the shooting. On 04 Aug 07 at approx 0505hrs, victim M/B/22 was on the 3000 blk. of McElderry St., riding his bike,
when an unknown male approached on foot and without warning began firing at the
victim before fleeing the area on foot.  The victim suffered a gunshot wound to
the left hip.  If anyone has information pertaining to this shooting they can
forward same to Det. Taylor of SED Detective's Unit  410-396-2429.

On 03 Aug 07 at 0138hrs, The victim (M/B/27) was found lying on the parking lot of Zappardinos Auto Shop suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Descriptions obtained : 2- black males both in their 20's, 5'7"-5'11" dark complexion, short closed cropped hair wearing white t-shirt dark blue jeans. last seen running n/b on the 200 blk. of s. Homicide By Shooting on the 3600 block E. Lombard Street, 3 August 2007 @ 0137 hours. The victim Lorado Williams, Jr was shot in a robbery attempt that occurred at the intersection of the 3600 block of E. Lombard Street at S. Conkling Avenue in the SED.  Mr. Williams was critically wounded during this encounter and is not expected to survive.  

The assailants 2 B/M's: dark complexioned; the 1st M/B 5'8"- 5'11", possible 20's, no facial hair, medium "stocky" build, wearing a "floppy fisherman type hat", white shirt top, capri shorts; the 2nd M/B 5'7"-5'10", slim-med build, possible 20's, no facial hair, even-cut hair style, wearing white shirt top and dark blue jean pants, armed with handgun, were last seen running west on Lombard Street from the location in the Highlandtown area. The motive was robbery.

On 07/29/07 at 0245hrs on the corner of Highland Ave. And Fayette Sts. Victim Henry Horace (M/.B/32)suffered a gunshot wound to the rt. hip. On 7/29/07 at 11:53pm victim Warren Peterson, was followed by car onto the 1700 S. Clinton St. and blocked by a female aquaitenance. She proceeded to exit the veh. and fired 2 shots into his veh. before fleeing the area; last seen N/B on Clinton then e/b on Boston St. Tag Unk. Marroon Ford Taurus '90. Two aggravated assauts occurred over this past week, the first incident was on on Ballard Way and second was on 601 N. Belnord.

On 25 Jun 07 @ 0750hrs, a M/B/24 was shot in the back by an unknown assailant
while inside of 1305 Ballard Way in O'Donnell Heights.

The second incident was on 601 N. Belnord a M/B/20 was shot on the victim was shot in the upper left leg and buttocks. On 24 Jun 07 at approx. 11:25pm a W/M 23 was shot on the 2100 blk. of Eastern Ave. after an unk. b/m/ w/ short twist in hair, 20-25 5'10" 150lbs wearing a blk. t-shirt over a white t-shirt attempted to rob the victim at gunpoint. There was a shooting in the Unit Block of N. On 02 Jun 07 @ 12:55am, a hispanic male was located outside of the Oasis Bar, located at 3919 Eastern Ave., suffering from gunshot wounds to the rt. shoulder and hip areas. The victim/Owner of the bar attempted to resolve a disturbance inside of his establishment when he was shot. A possible suspect was detained and transported to SED for interview. On 22 May 07 at approx. 4:15pm, a B/M/23, Alexander Rose of Loch Raven Blvd. area was shot in the head and succumbed to his injuries on the 2300 blk. of E. Fayette St. No witnesses were located. A second victim B/M/21 Robert Rochester was shot in the upper left leg during the same incident. If anyone has information pertaining to this Homicide/Shooting please contact Det. On 17 May 07 at 01:59 a b/m/16 was shot in the head on the 200 blk. of N. Dallas Ct. The juvenile was pronounced dead at the scene. There is no description of a possible suspect. We are in search of a late model, smokey gray, 4 door, square/box shaped Cadillac missing the hubcap off the rear driver's side wheel. This vehicle was seen fleeing the scene of this incident and may frequent the O'Donnell Heights and or the Douglas Homes Housing Areas. On 10 Apr 07 at 2:45 PM a B/M/17 was seated on the passenger side front seat of a black Ford Ranger SUV, parked on the 6200 blk of Plantview way. An unknown assailant fired at the SUV with a large caliber weapon. The bullet pierced the passenger's side door frame, striking the victim in the left shoulder. On 30 Mar. 07 at approx 10:40 pm, a hispanic female juvenile (16) was found by a passing motorist on the 6300 blk. of Toone St. suffering from a gunshot wound to the rt. shoulder. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident should contact the Homicide Unit 410-396-2422.

On 30 Mar 07 @ 0111hrs., a Unk. B/M victim was shot multiple times in the back, rt. arm and rt. chest. The victim was unresponsive and found in the alley behind 29 N. Highland Ave. Anyone having information pertaining to this homicide should contact Det. Bradley of the Homicide Unit 410-396-2100.

On 12 Mar 07 at approximately 4:45am, an unknown b/m suspect fired 4-5 bullets from an unk. caliber handgun, striking victim, Isadore Liverpool (b/m/49) in the rt. knee left thigh and hip. On 10 Mar 07 @ 3:45hrs, an unk b/m shot the victim on the 600 blk. of N. Kenwood Ave while seated inside his vehicle. After shooting the victim on the rt. elbow, the unk. suspect fled the area; last seen e/b on the 2600 blk. of Monument St. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident should contact Det. On 19 feb 07 at approx. 0130hrs. an unk. b/m was shot multiple times on the 2300 blk. of E. Fayette St., the unk male succumbed to his injuries Police were unable to obtain a positive identification on the victim. There were no witnesses located. On 13 Feb 07 @0340hrs., Chaz Ricks (m/b/20) was shot on the 3300 blk. of E. Baltimore St.  The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the left shoulder, rt. leg and rt. thigh.  There is no description of the suspect(s)..  Any information obtained in reference to this shooting should be forwarded to Det. On 20 Jan 07 between 0230-0315hrs, Juvenile victim, Alonzo Plenty m/b/15, was shot in the left ankle while on the 1400 blk. of Mosander Way. The shooting was reported by hospital personnel at Bayview Emergency after the victim arrived for treatment. The victim was unable to identify a suspect. No witnesses located. On 20 Jan 07 @ 3:25 pm, a B/M/30 was shot in the rt. ear and rt. hip on the 1000 blk. of E. Baltimore St. by an unk suspect who fled the area in a vehicle (No other information). The victim succumbed to his wounds at Johns Hopkins Hospital on on 20 Jan 07 At 4:30pm. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident, please contact Det Beiling of the Homicide Unit

On 15 Jan 07 @ 10:30 p.m., Victim Donald Carter (M/B/35), was walking on the 4800 blk. of Eastern Ave. on the aforemntioned date and time when he heard one shot. The victim stated he felt a sharp pain in his chest and walked into Bayview Emergency for treatment of a fragramented bullet wound to the rt. side of his chest. The victim did not observe any suspicious activities or persons in the area before or after he heard the shot. A canvass of the area for possible witnesses and or suspects revealed negative results. The members of Southeast District's Neighborhood Services Unit hope that everyone had a safe and happy holiday season. Unfortunately, there were incidents of violent crime which ocurred in your area during the last week of December. The details are as follows:

On 24 Dec. 06 at approx. 5:15 p.m., an unk. b/m approx (18-20yrs, 5'10"-6'0" 160-180lbs with a light complexion wearing a blk. coat and blue jean pants) and another b/m (18-20, 5'7"-5'9" 180-200lbs medium complexion wearing a red and green elf hat, blk. shirt with a blue vest) entered the residence (2600 E. Jefferson St.) and demanded money. The Victim, David Gomeringer (m/w/39) refused and began to struggle with the suspects inside the front entrance. During the struggle, the suspects shot the victim once in the left buttocks with an unk caliber handgun before exiting the location; last seen running s/b towards the 400 blk. of N. Luzerne. On 26 Dec 06 at approximately 7:15 p.m., an unk. b/m (wearing a blk. shirt and blue jeans), approached the victim on the 100 blk. of N. Potomac St. Without warning, victim Emanuel Davis (b/m/20), stated the unk. male shot him with an unk. caliber handgun; stricking him in the rt. side. On 26 Dec 06 at approximately 8:30 p.m., victim Jose Henandez (m/h/34) was shot multiple times in the face and chest while on the unit blk. of N. Clinton St. The victim succumbed to his injuries, this date at approx. 8:40 p.m. neighbors reported hearing approx. 4 to 5 shots. Shooting/Homicide 3308 E. Fayette St. On 20 Dec. 06 @ 12:35 p.m., the homicide victim, Wilton Holder m/b/42 was shot in the head by an unk. assailant, who exited the passenger side front door of a red compact vehicle before shooting the victim. the shooting victim, Danillo Isang m/b/47 was standing near the homicide victim, Wilton Holder, in front of an Auto repair shop; located in the 3300 blk. of E. Fayette St. when shooting victim Isange was shot in the lower left leg. After the shootings the unk. assailant re-entered the red vehicle and left the area. Shooting/Homicide that occurred on 600 N. Ellwood Ave. on the 10 Dec. 06 at Approximately 9:30PM. The Victim Guilliano Santos M/B/17, suffered Multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and extremities after exiting the passenger side of a white truck. The victim succumbed to his wounds upon his arrival at Md Shock Trauma. Please forward any information obtained from area residents to the homicide unit at 410-396-2100. Thank You for your help.

On  Oct 06 at approx. 8pm, the victim was walking on an alleyway along the 2500 blk. of Jefferson St. when 2 unkown  black males on bicylces followed the victim into the alley. The unkown males proceeded to attempt to rob the victim of his cell phone. When the vicitm retaliated, one of the unkown males produced a gun and proceeded to shoot the victim as he attempted to run from the scene.
